Permit Process

A permit for a Manufactured Home requires a person or company to obtain three (3) separate documents:

  1. The person or company who is installing the manufactured home must complete an Installer Responsibilities Form which details the installers information along with rules regarding the installation.
     
  2. A Manufactured Home Site Permit application must be completed.
     
  3. A Manufactured Home/Industrialized Buildings Permit must be completed.

Once you fill out the three (3) permit documents, you are required to meet with Code Enforcement Officer Arthur Outler so that the permit can be issued.
